Through a participatory process, the municipality of San Sebastián developed in 2017 a local climate action plan with the overall vision of a carbon-neutral city by 2050. The sectors targeted are citizen participation and mobilisation, occupation and land use, mobility, energy, production and consumption, waste management, the circular economy as well as buildings and infrastructure. |
