A new publication by Energy Cities takes a closer look at the processes that a city can put in place to acquire the necessary knowledge on its territory with regards to climate challenges.
The authors present and analyse six examples of local authorities that put in place such processes and set ambitious climate targets with local stakeholders - a very relevant information for the #CitiesOfTOMORROW! They call them local PACTs, or Local Participatory Agreements for the Climate Transition.
